These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the gift card exchange service at icecard.app (the “Service”), operated by Ice Interactive (“Ice Card”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Ice Card provides quotes for, and buys eligible, unused gift cards from sellers. Submitting a card is an offer to sell; a sale is confirmed only after our team has verified the card and accepted it. We may decline any card or transaction at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must be the lawful owner of every gift card you submit and fully authorized to sell it. Cards obtained through fraud, theft or unauthorized access are prohibited.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes generated by the calculator are estimates based on current rates and may change. Your final offer is confirmed only after we verify the card’s balance and validity.
4. Submitting a Card
You must provide accurate card brand, country and denomination details, and the card must hold a valid, unused balance matching what you submitted. After submitting a card, you must not redeem, spend or otherwise use it. You authorize us to check the card’s balance and validity.
5. Verification and Acceptance
We verify balance and validity before payment. We may decline cards that are invalid, expired, already redeemed, mismatched with the submitted details or associated with fraud risk. No payment is made for declined cards.
6. Payouts
We pay via USDT, OPay, M-Pesa and MTN MoMo, and other methods where available. After a card is verified and accepted, payment is sent to the payout details you provide. Payout timing depends on the payout method and your provider. Please check your payout details carefully, as payments sent to incorrect details may not be recoverable.
7. Fraud and Misuse
Submitting stolen or fraudulently obtained cards, false balance information, reused or already redeemed codes, or causing chargebacks after a payout will result in no payment and may lead to blocked access and reporting to the relevant payment providers or authorities. You remain responsible for every card you submit.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not attempt to disrupt, attack or scrape the Service, abuse the live chat, provide false information, or impersonate any person.
9. Service Availability
The Service is provided as available. We may modify, pause or discontinue any part of it, and not every card brand, country or payout method is available at all times.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any transaction is limited to the amount paid, or payable, for that transaction.
11. Disputes
If something goes wrong with a transaction, raise it within 7 days using the Live Chat, WhatsApp or Telegram buttons at the bottom of any page, and include your quote or order details. We will work with you to resolve it.
12. Changes and Contact
